Registering in Reporting Service, consumer

To register in Reporting Service, you will need your personal online banking codes. We accept the identification services of the most common online banks: Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nooa Säästöpankki, Nordea, OP, S-Bank, LähiTapiola, Ålandsbanken.

The service can be used with the most common versions of Microsoft IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari browsers. We prefer to use Firefox or Chrome browsers if you use Danske Bank’s online banking codes.

If you use other online banking codes or do not have personal online banking codes, please contact our Customer Service.

In connection with registration, the user shall accept the terms of using the service. The user is responsible for providing correct and up-to-date information.

Stage 1: Bank identification: select your bank’s logo and enter your personal banking codes.

Stage 2: User information 1/2: enter your customer and metering point numbers. The required information is found on your electricity bill.

Stage 3: User information 2/2: fill in the compulsory fields marked with an asterisk and save your username and password. Read and accept the terms of use.

User name:

  • Minimum length: 8 characters
  • Allowed special characters: @ . _ –


  • Minimum length: 8 characters
  • The password must not include three consecutive characters from the username or the user’s first or last name in full. Therefore, the password must not be too similar to your username or own name.

Stage 4: Confirmation:  Please check your details before sending the form.

Stage 5: Confirm your registration and e-mail address through the link in the e-mail message you have received. Once you have confirmed your registration and e-mail address, you can log into Reporting Service.

Please note that the registration must be confirmed within 48 hours. If you do not confirm your registration within this time, you have to go through the registration process again.

You will receive confirmation of your registration into your e-mail, with links to the reporting service and your own user information.

If you have a district heat contract under the name of several people, registration must be made with the username and password for electricity.
