Registering in Reporting Service, organization

To register in Reporting Service, you will need your personal online banking codes. We accept the identification services of the most common online banks: Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nooa Säästöpankki, Nordea, OP, S-Bank, LähiTapiola, Ålandsbanken.

The service can be used with the most common versions of Microsoft IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari browsers. We prefer to use Firefox or Chrome browsers if you use Danske Bank’s online banking codes.

If you use other online banking codes or do not have personal online banking codes, please contact our Customer Service.

In connection with registration, the user shall accept the terms of using the service. The user is responsible for providing correct and up-to-date information. With respect to companies, the user is also responsible for having the right to browse the information concerning customer accounts in the Vantaa Energia reporting service (see further information in the instruction Extension of User Rights).

If you have not yet registered as a user of Reporting Service, you can register in the service as a representative of your company with your personal online banking codes.

If you have already registered as a user of the reporting service, please see instructions for registering a company below under Registered User.

Unregistered user

Stage 1: Bank identification: select your bank’s logo and enter your personal banking codes.

Stage 2: User information 1/2: Enter the customer and metering point numbers and the business ID of the company you represent. The required information is found on your company’s electricity or heating bill.

Stage 3: User information 2/2: fill in the compulsory fields marked with an asterisk and save your username and password. Read and accept the terms of use.

User name:

  • Minimum length: 8 characters
  • Allowed special characters: @ . _ –

Password:

  • Minimum length: 8 characters
  • The password must not include three consecutive characters from the username or the user’s first or last name in full. Therefore, the password must not be too similar to your username or own name.

Stage 4: Confirmation:  Please check your details before sending the form.

Stage 5: Confirm your registration and e-mail address through the link in the e-mail message you have received. Once you have confirmed your registration and e-mail address, you can log into Reporting Service.

Please note that the registration must be confirmed within 48 hours. If you do not confirm your registration within this time, you have to go through the registration process again.

You will receive confirmation of your registration into your e-mail, with links to the reporting service and your own user information.

If you have a district heat contract under the name of several people, registration must be made with the username and password for electricity.

Register in the service

Registered user

You do not have to register in Reporting Service again if you have already previously registered as a user of Reporting Service and you also want to register your company in the service. You can add your own user rights to your company in the personal interface, after which your company will also be registered in Reporting Service. That way, you can browse your own consumption data and that of your company in the reporting service with the same username and password.

You can access your personal interface from the front page of the reporting service by clicking on User Information.

Stage 1: Log in to your personal interface with your username and password or with your personal online banking codes.

Stage 2: After registration, move to the User Rights tab.

Stage 3: Move to the bottom of the page to Request User Rights. From the drop-down menu, select Corporate Customer’s Rights and click Seek Selected User Right.

Stage 4: Enter the customer and metering point numbers and the business ID of the company you represent. The required information is found on your company’s electricity bill. Read and accept the terms of use.

Stage 5: Check the information you have entered and accept it by clicking Accept.

Stage 6: After accepting the information, you will see a summary of the information you have given. With the Move to the Application button you can go back to your personal interface. After that, you will also see your user rights to your company in the Other User Rights section in the User Rights tab.

User Right Corporate customers + your company’s business ID/name and customer number will tell that you are entitled to browse your company’s data in Reporting Service.

There are two levels of user rights, Representative and Customer Account:

  • The Representative user right is given only to a person who registers in Reporting Service as the first user with the customer number in question, and it entitles the person to browse the consumption data in the reporting service and to administer other users.
  • The Customer Account user right only gives the right to browse the consumption data.

Log in to the service

One customer number – several users

It is possible for more than one person from the company to register as a user of the reporting service using the company’s electricity contract data.

Registration takes place in the way described previously in these instructions, depending on whether the user has already registered or whether they are registering in the reporting service for the first time.

Every user registered with the company’s data has a personal username and password to the reporting service.

The first user who has registered in the service with the company’s data gets the main user rights and is able to browse the company’s consumption data and administer other users from the company. After that, users registered with the company’s data will only get the right to browse the company’s consumption data in the reporting service.

From the personal interface, you can move to the Maintenance Interface where you can browse and administer the company’s other users. This is only possible for the main user of the company with a Representative user right to the company’s data. The link to the Maintenance Interface is located on the top of the personal interface.
