Our customer service team is on hand to answer your calls at (09) 829 0225 from 8 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday and from 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday.
Earn more Bonus points
If you are a member of HOK-Elanto, SSO or Varuboden-Osla, you can also collect bonus points with your electricity bill. That way you can make the most of your electricity. Your bonus points will accrue at every moment, for example, when the lights are on or the coffee is brewing in the kitchen. This will give your more Bonus points, for example, from the shopping bill, fuels and insurance.
Borrow a thermal camera or consumption meter
We can lend you a thermal camera free of charge to find the areas in your home that leak heat out. The electricity consumption meter measures the consumption of electrical appliances in your home and locates any electricity gluttons.
Competitions and events
We have held raffles with prizes including travel gift vouchers and festival and cinema tickets. We have organised Christmas concerts, as well as numerous excursions to our new waste-to-energy plant.
