As a customer of Vantaa Energy, you can change your address easily in the Online service at any time of the day or night:
- Log on to the Online service (in Finnish).
- Give notice to terminate your old contract.
- Sign up for a new contract. You can sign up for a contract to your new home with Vantaa Energy, whether your new home is in the Vantaa area or elsewhere in Finland.

Bonus points from electricity
As a customer of Vantaa Energy and a member of HOK-Elanto, SSO or Varuboden-Osla, you can gain Bonus points with the S-Etukortti card when you pay for purchases of electric energy.
Your bonus points will accrue from electricity sales subject to value added tax. No Bonus points are accrued from electricity distribution fees.
