Connecting to the district heating network
District heat is suitable for the heating of buildings regardless of their purpose of use, size or age. Contact Vantaa Energy to find out if it is possible to connect your property to the district heating network.
After the investigation has been completed, Vantaa Energy will make an offer on connecting the property to the district heating network. The offer also includes an estimate of the annual operating costs. Once the customer has accepted the offer, the necessary further investigations will be carried out and the heat contract will be drawn up.
In relation to district heating, the customer must also take into account the district heating equipment to be installed in the property, i.e. acquisition of the heat distribution centre and the related installation work. In a new building, the HVAC plans of the future building are needed in order to determine the contracted capacity.
