E-invoices – into your online bank in eco-friendly way
You have the option of receiving your electricity bills directly into your online bank as electronic invoices. The e-invoice is even easier way to pay your electricity bills and it is also good for the environment. Developed by the banks, the e-invoice is a modern and safe way to receive and pay bills electronically.
Take advantage of electronic invoicing:
- Sign an electronic invoicing agreement in your online bank.
- Select from the list of payees: Vantaa Energy, electricity bills.
- Enter the reference number of your previous electricity bill as the identification data.
Netpost users can receive their electricity bills as e-invoice, further information from Netpost.fi.
The electronic invoicing service is so far not available for district heating bills.
Electronic invoicing between companies
It is possible for companies to receive their electricity and district heating bills as e-invoices. E-invoice is an efficient way to deliver and process bills.
Vantaa Energy is currently providing e-invoices for the following operators: Basware Einvoices, Enfo, Itella Information, Liaison Technologies, Logica, Nordea, OP-Pohjola, Sampo Bank, TietoEnator, Maventa, Notebeat, and TeliaSonera Finland.
